Lake Anna Restaurants Ready For Holidays
Now that the seasonal crowds have dissipated at local restaurants, owners and managers have the task of energizing the locals to dine out. They do so with some great off season specials.
Southern Revere Cellars – This top Beyond The Lake venue will welcome back their popular Sunny Side Sea Salt Tangerine Sour, aka – the mimosa beer! Southern Revere Cellars also has an oyster pick-up planned for November 22 with Salty Bottom Blue.
Callie Opie’s Restaurant – If you don’t want to cook Thanksgiving dinner or want to gift dinner to someone, Callie Opie’s has you covered. They are offering Thanksgiving family style dinners to go (for pick up Thanksgiving Day morning). There are two sizes to choose from (feeds 4-6 or 8-12 adults) and include your choice of turkey breast or smoked ham, turkey gravy, cornbread stuffing, mashed potatoes, grandma’s green beans, candied yams, cranberry sauce and dinner rolls. Optional whole pumpkin, apple or pecan pies are available, too.
Lake Anna Taphouse – Monday is half priced pizza day. Wednesday is Wing Day. Thursdays feature $5 off growlers. Friday has $2 off fish and chips meals.
The Cove – Head up the Pamunkey Branch for steak night on Mondays where you’ll find a 10-ounce New York strip with mashed potatos and gravy waiting for $14.95. It’s half price burger day on Wednedays. Thursday night is Karaoke Night!
Coyote Hole – Wednesday is Bingo Night. Thursday is Trivia Night. Fridays feature a Karaoke Party from 7-10 pm. November 28 is the Christmas Market. December 2 begins the annual Coyote Hole Light Show.
Everleigh Vineyards & Brewing Co. – Visit this beautiful Beyond The Lake venue November 25 at 6 pm for a wreath-making event. Live music begins at 3 pm!
Tavern on the Rail, just off the lake in Fredericks Hall has all-you-can-eat pasta, breadsticks and salad on Wednesday nights. They are also taking holiday party reservations in the downstairs pub.
