Two local retailers are teaming up to show their appreciation for local business and marking the occasion with two Saturdays in March filled with sales, tastings, new merchandise introductions as well as donations to the Louisa Humane Society.
Lake Anna Outfitters and Home Point Lake Anna will hold LKA® Locals Days Saturday, March 8 and Saturday March 15 to kick off the near spring season. Lake Anna Outfitters will be offer free tastings of their new D’Marie frozen drink cocktails just in time to stock up prior to your first trip out in the boat. These yummy mixes require no blender or ice! The spicy margarita and blackberry bourbon smash have been early season favs among shoppers. Lake Anna Outfitters is also now a Goodr sunglasses dealer in addition to Costa and Hobie eyewear. The $25 Goodrs have become an affordable option in the trendy eyewear category.
Home Point Lake Anna is a store full of home decor items, furniture and more. You can purchase a couch or a lamp, wall art or decorative item at this beautiful shop with inspiring design ideas and talented interior decorators.
Both shops will donate 15% of each day’s proceed to the Louisa Humane Society and there will be a dogs and cats to cuddle and consider for adoption both days.
“We love our locals and want to thank them for their business during the off season,” said Chrissie McCotter of Lake Anna Outfitters. “On these two days, we’ll have nearly the whole store on sale for our locals to shop.”
“I’ve got my red pen out and marked down many items and locals are the majority of our business, so we encourage everyone to come in and see what’s on sale,” Home Point Lake Anna owner Tammy Prestipino told Lake Anna Life & Times.
