January and February are definitely not months to hole up and stay home. There’s plenty going on around the lake. Here’s what you can expect at restaurants around the lake in the coming weeks and months…

  Southern Revere Cellars – This top Beyond The Lake venue will celebrate their second anniversary on January 27. The 2 Legit event will feature an 80/90’s attire theme, the Candy Farmer selling their nostalgic and fun freeze dried candies 11am-4pm, spray paint artist Matthew James 11am-4pm, live caricatures by Jay 12-2pm and DJ Mike spinning 80s/90s tunes 4:30-8:30pm.

  Coyote Hole Craft Beverages – Line dancing began at Coyote Hole late last year and locals are having a ball. Stop by January 19 and February 16 at 7 pm for for line dancing 7pm-10pm. The are free lessons and open dance, plus, built in breaks for refreshments. 

  Lake Anna Taphouse – Monday is half priced pizza day. Tuesday is Taco Tuesday. Wednesday is Wing Day. Thursdays feature a burger special. Friday has $2 off fish and chips meals, Saturday is Kick The Keg Day and Sundays feature bloody Marys, mimosas and soup On January 21 at 12:30 pm, Lake Anna Taphouse will hold a Cookie Decorating Class. Each participant will receive one free drink, six cookies and be provided everything needed to create outstanding treats.

  The Cove – Head up the Pamunkey Branch for steak night on Mondays where you’ll find a 10-ounce New York strip with mashed potatos and gravy waiting for $14.95. It’s half price burger day on Wednedays. Thursday night is Karaoke Night!

  Everleigh Vineyards & Brewing Co. – Visit this beautiful Beyond The Lake venue January 13 and 20, 3-5 pm for Whiskey Bizness and enjoy wine and beer created on site.

 Tavern on the Rail, just off the lake in Fredericks Hall has all-you-can-eat pasta, breadsticks and salad on Wednesday nights. 

  Tim’s at Lake Anna invites you join them for Thirsty Thursdays that feature $11 32 oz. bucket mixed drinks, $2.50 domestic drafts, $3.50 premium drafts and $11 spiced shrimp by the pound.
