Located at Anna Point Marina on the Spotsylvania side of Rt. 208, Fish Tales Store & Stories is the perfect place to get all the things you will need to enjoy a day on the water. Whether you are gearing up for serious fishing or a relaxing day on the boat they have anything and everything you may need, right on the water.
Anna Point Marina was established in 1985 and has been serving locals and visitors since. At the beginning of 2024, the marina was bought by Blue Harbor Management and has been thriving since then. This change has brought many new improvements to the property including 60 new wet slips in dock format.
These new docks include slip in power and as well as deck build outs, boat lifts and dock storage boxes. There is limited availability but some slips are ready for your rig.
Pull up your boat to one of the marina’s many floating docks to gas up. This convenience factor makes Fish Tales one of the most convenient marinas on the lake. While you wait, pop into the store to grab snacks, cold drinks, tackle, apparel and so much more.
In case you forgot your fishing license, or it is your first time getting one, Fish Tales has you covered as they sell fishing licenses.
The bait and tackle section at Fish Tales is one of a kind. They have an extensive selection of lures as well as fresh minnows, so you are perfectly equipped for a day of fishing.
Grab some snacks, drinks and ice to fill up the cooler and head on out to enjoy a day on Lake Anna.
Fish Tales Store & Stories is open Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:30 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 am – 7:00 pm.
Anna Point is also the site of Home Point Lake Anna, Lake Anna Outfitters, Lake Country Marine/Performance Boats and the start of the Lake Anna Water Trail.
