Evergreene Homes Focuses On Hot Lake Anna Market With Open House And New Model Home
One of the region’s most prolific home builders has introduced a new model designed for Lake Anna communities and continues to find strong demand for the townhomes it is building mid lake.
Evergreene Homes Lake Life held an open house in October at Rock Island Landing on Elk Creek to showcase its new Roby home model. Realtors, brokers, influencers and other interested parties attended and were given a tour of the 4k-6K sq. ft. home that features three to six bedrooms, 3.5 to 6.5 bathrooms, a Butler’s pantry, a great room with French doors and high-profile coffered ceiling, designer electric devices, rear deck, screened-in porch and walkout basement.
Rock Island Landing is located in Cooling Lagoon 2 (Elk Creek) of the Waste Heat Treatment Facility or “Hot” Side of Lake Anna. All water access lots come with a covered boat slip and use of the common area boat launch.
The Evergreene Homes being built in Rock Island Landing feature energy efficient home construction with 2×6 framing and a 10-year, two-year and one-year warranty program.
The Evergreene townhomes are being built at Lake Anna Plaza, on the Louisa end of the Rt. 208 bridge. A total of 14 units are nearing completion with most already sold.
The units feature two options; the 1,855 sq. ft. three to five bedroom Turner model with 3.5 bathrooms and the 2,165 sq. ft. Morgan model with three to six bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.
