A long time Lake Anna lover who is also a developer and realtor has a new idea for potential lot and home buyers.
Lonnie Carter, 59 has been enjoying Lake Anna with his family for the past 35 years. As a principal with Evergreene Homes and owner of Lake Dream Realty, Carter has sold dozens of lake homes over the past 10 years and now he’s ready for the next stage in his career with something he’s dubbed “LotToDock.com” – a way of making the lake life dream far easier for buyers.
Carter has bundled the entire process, from determining lot interests, loan options, home options, boat house/dock options, even water toy options using a series of key “partners” that supply all of the above.
