Plans have been submitted to Louisa County Community Development staff for the construction of 10 more townhomes at Lake Anna Plaza.
There are currently 36 townhomes on site, orginally built by a different developer. The new plan has been submitted by Shenandoah Investements LLC.
The new proposed town homes would continue the existing line of dwellings that were part of a site plan approved by Louisa in 2004 and would be served by the existing on site wastewater treatment plant.
Mineral District Supervisor Duane Adams verified there is an effort to build more residential units on the site.
“Plans have been submitted to Community Development for additional townhomes.
At this point wastewater treatment capacity is being evaluated in relationship to the proposal.”
