Join your friends on December 31st for an unforgettable night filled with live entertainment, delicious food and drink specials, and a Midnight Champagne Toast done as only the pros at Tim’s can do to welcome the new year in spectacular fashion.

If you survived New Year’s then roll out and enjoy a New Year’s Day Brunch at Tim’s complete with specialty mimosas and bloody Marys starting at 11 am.
Callie Opie’s, Lake Anna’s home for fine dining, will host a special New Year’s Eve four-course dinner with three separate seatings. The first course begins with a fresh-baked pumpernickel loaf with honey whipped butter. Next up is your choice of a cup of Maryland She-Crab soup, a wedge salad or Callie’s traditional house salad. Course three is a sharing course that features smoke salmon crostini, jumbo shrimp cocktail with Thai chili cocktail sauce and crab-stuffed portobello mushrooms. Your entre is your choice of herb-crusted rack of lamb, grand prime rib with au jus and horse radish cream sauce, almond crusted Chilean sea bass with saffron butter and two, six-ounce lobster tails with lemon butter. Dessert is also included and features a choice of Mexican chocolate lava cake, limoncello berry tiramisu or carrot cake with cinnamon butterscotch drizzle.
