On April 18, 2026, the shoreline of Lake Anna will fill with the clink of wine glasses, the hum of live music, and the easy laughter of friends gathering by the water—all in support of a cause that protects the community they love.
That’s the date of the 2026 Lake Anna Wine & Brew Fest, an afternoon celebration where guests can sample and savor wines from regional favorites including Cobbler Mountain Cellars, Horton Vineyards, Lake Anna Winery, Morais Vineyards & Winery, Muddy Paws Winery, Rebec Vineyards, and Zoll Vineyards.

Craft beer lovers will also find plenty to enjoy, with pours from 2 Silos Brewing Company, 6 Bears & A Goat Brewing, Blue Mountain Brewery, Coastal Cocktails, Troegs Independent Brewing, and YoJu.
The festival runs from 12–6 p.m. adjacent to Lake Anna Taphouse. Tickets are $25 in advance via https://myticketstobuy.com/event/2331 or $30 at the door, and non-tasters are free.
It’s more than just a spring celebration
What truly sets the festival apart isn’t just the wine, craft beer, or lakefront setting—it’s the impact each ticket has on emergency response in the Lake Anna region.
Every glass raised strengthens emergency response in the region. That’s because proceeds go to New Bridge Station 8, voted the “Best Local Cause” in the 2025 Best of Lake Anna Readers’ Choice Awards.
There was a time when New Bridge Station 8 did not exist. In emergency situations, time is of the essence; and, back then, more than 2,300 homes in the Lake Anna area were located outside a five-mile radius of any fire and rescue station.
The Foundation for Lake Anna Emergency Services was established in response to that coverage gap. The Lake Anna community, including many businesses, rallied around the cause to help fund a new station. Louisa County incorporated the project into its Capital Improvements Plan and appropriated $2.3 million for construction. On June 1, 2023, New Bridge Station 8 officially opened its doors.
Support did not stop with construction. Additional fundraising equipped the station with a new ambulance, critical medical supplies, a fire and rescue boat, an air cascade system, and a brush truck—essential apparatus for serving a rural area.
The impact has been significant. In 2025 alone, Station 8 responded to 1,735 emergency calls. For many, that response time meant the difference between a close call and a tragedy.
Today, the mission continues. The next priority is a tanker truck. Because much of the Lake Anna region lacks fire hydrants, firefighters must bring water with them—a task only a tanker truck can accomplish.
What began with an identified gap in coverage has become a sustained community commitment to faster response times and better outcomes.
Mark your calendars. Gather your friends. Get your tickets. Because at the Lake Anna Wine & Brew Fest, every glass raised helps ensure help arrives when it matters most.
