A new professional cleaning service is working in the Lake Anna community tidying everything from residential to commercial and vacation homes.
Kattia Soderholm is now accepting clients for her Pura Vida Cleaning Service.
Soderholm has owned a vacation rental home at the lake for the past nine years and knows the importance of offering a truly clean home to guests.
“As an owner I understand the importance of offering a clean home to my rentals.
My goal is to not just share the beauty of Lake Anna, but when guests open the door I want them to get the satisfaction of a deep clean place when enjoying a lake vacation,” she told Life & Times.

“We bring the peace of happy renters to the homeowner. That means clean bathrooms and less stress.”
The Costa Rica native said she started Pura Vida Cleaning because it was “very difficult to find honest, reliable cleaners for her home. The ones I had were doing a bad job – dirty bathrooms, a lot of dust on fans and windows. I really wanted to be able to offer clients a clean and comfortable vacation home.”
When she’s not managing Pura Vida, Kattia enjoys the lake with her husband of 27 years and her three adult children aged 25, 21 and 19.
“I do everything for my family. I love my heavenly Father and the blessings given to me and them. I can’t do anything without the Lord by my side.”
